7. Photography and Media Consent

Client Consent: With your written consent, Revive may use before-and-after images or videos of treatments for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

Media Rights: Consent allows Revive to use the images in social media, promotional materials, and educational content. Clients may withdraw consent for future use by providing written notice; however, previously published materials may continue to be used.

Anonymity Option: If requested, identifying features in images may be obscured to maintain client privacy.

11. Booking Fee, Payment, and Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure appointments. This fee is applied to the total service cost but is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or rescheduling.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of service. Multi-session treatments or packages may require prepayment to secure package pricing.

No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of services, once rendered, services are non-refundable. Revive will work to address any issues that arise with treatment results, but refunds are not provided.

12. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

13. Service Adjustments and Pricing

Pricing: Service prices may vary based on individual needs, treatment length, and practitioner expertise. Additional fees may apply for more extensive services or extra materials.

Service Adjustments: Revive reserves the right to adjust services or prices based on individual consultations and treatment requirements.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may employ third parties to facilitate our Services or perform functions on our behalf. These providers only access personal information necessary to fulfill their responsibilities and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
